Why Small Group Power Training?

We cap groups at 10 athletes to: • Ensure safe and personalized progression • Give every athlete direct coaching and corrections • Create competition without chaos • Allow for proper loading and individualized cueing This is small group training with big-time results.

Power Development Training Sessions

Every session is built to develop athletic power, using full-body engagement and progressive loading. You'll train through: • Explosive lifting (hang cleans, pulls, snatch variations, med ball throws) • Plyometrics (jump progressions, bounding, depth drops, reactive work) • Contrast Training (strength sets paired with explosive movements) • Speed-Strength Work (velocity-based training principles) • Foundational Strength Blocks (hip + posterior chain development) Programs are individualized for age, skill, and phase of development.

Dynamic Warm-Up & CNS Activation

Each session includes: • Joint prep: hips, ankles, shoulders • Explosive activation: skips, pogo jumps, band work • CNS priming: reactive hops, coordination drills • Movement prep tailored to the day's power focus Your body is fully prepared to produce maximum output safely.

Coach-Led Mobility & Recovery Sessions

Every session ends with targeted recovery work: • Foam rolling • Dynamic + static mobility • Hip & ankle flexibility Recovery is not optional. It's the foundation of long-term performance.
