Progressive Training System each Month Every week is strategically built to develop complete speed: • Acceleration • Transition • Top-End Speed (Max Velocity) • Change of Direction & Lateral Speed • Sprint Mechanics • Functional Strength • Body Control Each session follows our GOAT LIFE 3-Phase Progression Model™: 1. Foundation: Movement quality, posture, balance, elasticity 2. Development: Sprint drills, resisted sprints, coordination patterns 3. Max Output: Flying sprints, overspeed work, competitive intervals

Dynamic Warm-Up & Mobility Protocols

Every session includes: Speed-Specific Mobility • Hip flexor activation • Ankle stiffness work • Hamstring priming • Foot strength training Neurological Activation • Skips • Band work • Ladder precision steps • Acceleration prep drills Injury Prevention • Core stability • Posterior chain activation • Joint strengthening All mobility and warm-up sequences adjust to the weekly training load.

Training Schedule

Monday – Friday 5:00 PM 6:15 PM Train during the week. Dominate on game day.
